Canazei and hotels

The Belvedere ski area lifts start right next to the shop. The area is part of Dolomiti Superski and connects directly to the Sellaronda.

The Dèlba-Col di Rosc cable car in Canazei in winter

This is also the start of the Skitour Panorama, a route through some of the most beautiful villages of the Val di Fassa. The Belvedere also has one of the best snowparks in the area, a meeting point for snowboarders and freestylers.

The view from Col dei Rossi

Take the cable car up to Col dei Rossi (2,382 m) and you will see:

  • the Marmolada, queen of the Dolomites
  • the Sassolungo
  • the Sella group with Sass Pordoi and Piz Boè

Canazei is a great base for a ski week in the Val di Fassa, with well-groomed slopes and a direct link to the Sellaronda.

In summer: MTB and e-bike in the Val di Fassa

In summer the valley is best explored by bike. At Northland Bike you'll find the right bike and advice on routes through forests, passes and villages:

  • the four-passes tour (Sellaronda MTB Tour), a classic for mountain bikers
  • the Dolomites cycle path, suitable for families and riders of every level
  • First World War routes past high-altitude forts and trenches
  • rides through the villages of the Val di Fassa, between nature and tradition

There are e-bike charging stations throughout the valley, so long rides are no problem.
